Anyone using MU to DL some files or movie?

there is a way 2 go into megaupload without d/lding the toobar. all you need is mozilla firefox. first, you d/l GREASEMONKEY. then install the MU 2.0 script 2 greasemonkey. voila you can enter megaupload without the need 2 install their crappy toolbar.

for me, i have 2 years megaupload premium (one years left starting next month) and 1 month rapidshare premium, in term of download, both are good, as i like asian (korean especially) movie and drama, lot's of link were using megaupload, and western movie were in rapidshare...in term of cost, megaupload is cheaper compare to rapidshare, one month of rapidshare cost rm25, and 2 years for megaupload cost nearly rm240 (which mean rm10 per month)...

It is annoying and time-consuming to extract every links from the folder. Due to the use of flash as the design of the folder, I couldn't highlight all the links. |

hi there, wanna to ask how come when i use my IDM to download files from megaupload , using the build in scheduler, it will download the html files?
however, when i try to download the files one by one in the queue, it can download the file properly and not html. i am a premium user anyway. thanks in advance |

if you have plenty of links to downmload on a REGULAR basis...nothing beats premium. After all, it's cheaper than RS and US dollar is weak now so why not take advantage of that? |

I'm frm Penang, and have been D/Lding from MU for the past couple of years ( my tm bill avg ~30-40G/month ). I've found out that the following IPs had consistently been giving me speeds of 150KB/s - 180 KB/s: 60.48.*.* , 60.50.*.*, 60.52.*.* The rest of the following IPs always got me miserable speeds of 5-10KB/s: 60.49.*.*, 60.51.*.* , 60.53.*.*, 218.111.*.* Believe me, I've been seeing this same pattern every time I download, and I've monitored this for 2 yrs already. But all of a sudden, my "good ips" have turned bad today I barely got any speed above 60KB/s and avg around 35 KB/s only. Wonder what happened? Hopefully it's not something permanent... |

For me those who love to watch Asean series/movies should buy Megaupload premium since there are a lot of it in MU. Plus MU does not download limit and I've been using it once only and it's good. I managed to download many asean series especially JDrama,KDrama...

If I'm not mistaken, it's doubly hard to get points for sharing MU links.
Because MU restricts points to those countries on the list only. So if got people outside of the countries listed dload MU links, no point will be given to the uploader. And FYI, Malaysia is not included in the list |

I realize that you can get maximum speed (depends on your package) on Megaupload without using Premium Account, you just need to get the best IP.

i getting to like megaupload more and more...last time used to dislike it coz only allow 100 slots for malaysia...now unlimited for malaysia!

im MU premium user.. not got any prob when d/ling at home..
now at my uni, they have blocked all the avi file for d/ling.. very tense.. using IDM for d/l.. can I change the extension to get through this this restriction??  sory if this q is in wrong thread .. |

I kinda hate MegaUpload when they ask me to install the stupid tool bar for a freaking download. And a lot of people claims that it's infected with virus. So is it real?

the download speed is too slow.. today my download speed is great..about 160KB/s is it possible when download at night the download speed is slow or maybe the streamyx prob i guess |

Does anyone encouter some problem with MU since yesterday..like can't resume downloading or cant d/l anymore..
im using MU premium and still have a month to go.. when try to resume it says.. an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..bla3 currently d/l using celcom broadband..any body know whats going on.. |

Hey, did you guys noticed that during morning at around 5.00am...downloading speed were crazily fast.
Just now...184KB/sec. If after 8.00am (approx)...slow like less than 10KB/sec. Been realizing this for months now. Why eh? |

yeah.. it seems like streamyx is throttling the download as well... its pretty darn fast in the morning around 5 - 9 after that the speed is back crawling into 7 -10 kbps...

Guys, currently I'm using my uni line to dowload files from MU
My problem is that MU seems to be blocked, what happens is that the files can still be downloaded at the beginning, however as the download progresses(using IDM with 16 connection) within a few seconds, it kinda fails to receive connection from MU with message "http://127.0.0.1/I_will_disable_Thunder_file_sharing" So any solution to bypass this block? |

Megaupload is very good.. I think it's better than rapidshare dling as a free user.. You can add the files from mu to internet download manager and download them one by one whereas you cant do the same with rapidshare free user..
One big advantage RS has over Mu is the 'source' files you wanna download.. anyone got any tips for me? |

The ultimate reason for me why MU is much more satisfying is that, NO DOWNLOAD LIMIT. With a premium account and in 10 days, I successfully downloaded many ISOs worth moar than 125GB. 125GB in ten days is ultra awesomeness. I'm on my way to complete my collection of 1TB of ??.

A simple way of saying it is just the same file uploaded to different website.

I want to ask how to add multiple file with few clicks rather than add the file one by one to the download manager. I know RS works because the at the end of the URL is .rar so the dl manager will auto add it all to the list. It seems that TMNut is silently using a proxy for megaupload and rapidshare. I think this is to cut off free users from using the service and to download. erm, i just wanna ask to the free users out there, is their download speed still high? because since yesterday my download speed dropped until few kb/s, by the way, i'm on 1mb line, previously i can download up to 180kb for free user.

MU actually da best because they dont have download limit and u get upload as big as 2GB a file. RS sux but because people are too use to RS so they stay with it only. After i put my laptop near my router, the speed bcome stable. Plus its MAX SPEED!! I'm starting to love MU. Just bought the acc today.
