for me, i have 2 years megaupload premium (one years left starting next month) and 1 month rapidshare premium, in term of download, both are good, as i like asian (korean especially) movie and drama, lot's of link were using megaupload, and western movie were in rapidshare...in term of cost, megaupload is cheaper compare to rapidshare, one month of rapidshare cost rm25, and 2 years for megaupload cost nearly rm240 (which mean rm10 per month)...

guys, need you opinion, been using megaupload premium since 3 years ago...just recently, i try to download some file through megaupload, it required me to re-login...when i enter my username and password, it can't match with the system...when i try to resend my password to my email, no email in my inbox...when i try to resend again the password using my email, it said that they can't recognized my email from thier database...i'm thinking, my account has been hacked, stolen or something like that...did you guys also encounter the same problem?...hopefully it just some problem with megaupload if it wasn't me with this problem...damn, i'm paranoid right now...

i'm sharing the account only with my lil brother...i'm here at KL, he's at my hometown, KB...already ask him if he give account detail to his friend, but he said only him using the account there...already email to megaupload regarding this problem...but still don't get any reply yet...anyone use to contact their service? how long does they take to reply to my email?...and one more thing to confirm, the email address should be account@megaupload.com right?

damn, megaupload CS like s**t, never reply to my request to investigate about my account been stolen, already give necessary detail for investigation...will give to them until next week, if no reply yet, then i will bash them kaw2...

well, up until now, no reply from megaupload CS...so my conclusion is, their CS is s**k big time...yes their usage is really helpful, but once your account is stolen, there is no way you will get back your account, you will get no help from their CS, just know how to take money, but bad after sales service...lucky for me, my friend just donate his premium account to me, with condition i will be his "supplier" for any movie he want, esp po*n...

from my experience, for premium user, please do not key in your username and password when downloading using jdownloader (especially the newest version, v0.5)...previously, on the older version, i don't have any problem when key in my username and password...but after upgrade to the newer version, at one time when i look at the setting, i need to re-enter my username and password...after key in the data, IE automatically open the megaupload website...and during that time, i dont suspect anything...that night on the same day, my account have been stolen and can't retrieve back (thanks to SUPER ULTRA LOUSY MEGAUPLOAD CS)...my conclusion is, the program might have a key logger (as mention by one of the forumers previously that suspect my account been stolen by this program)...but if u use for free user, u don't have any problem (as what i do to download rapidshare file)...

the hell, streamyx done it again...download speed only 10kb/s...i need my korean drama...
