Depends who you givin. Close relatives, RM5, 10.... up to ability

RM50/ person if total have only 10 staffs

Usually RM5 or RM10 because easy to prepare, just one single note
RM8 if you are feel fancy and hard working since need to prepare RM5 + 3x RM1 notes

Give to your colleagues? As in people you work with?
Your work colleagues are not your friends, so RM 2 if you absolutely feel you must do this in the office. If you have invited them to your home for CNY then what you would give to any friend of yours.

Never give to ppl same generation/rank. Its damn cringe see full ass adult expecting angpow from kolik/fren. Traditionally ppl give to children only.
