Don't think so. S25+ 512 GB can be purchased around RM3.2K during the 11.11 sales. Can't remember for Ultra, but it was definitely more than the S25+.

Since they use their own fleet - do they show the DHL tracking info in Lazada app? Mine was packed yesterday and it says will handed over to seller fleet soon since yesterday 2pm like that.

No, usually like senheng, when already handled to deliver courier and on the way to delivery, DHL or whatever courier will contact you directly about your purchase parcel

Fyi senheng usually also use third party courier for small thing also eg ninja van

That's annoying. I checked with them on chat and they said would give tracking number so I guess that's not true. Do they at least change status to show it has shipped or passed to the courier so that I know to standby?

s25U rm3.5k 256gb vs s25+ 512gb rm3.5k but for s25u 512gb the price is over rm4k.

hi guys need your help on the "Samsung brand store" as they use their own fleet. I ordered on 11.11. In lazada I get:

Packed - Order Packed 11 Nov about 2pm. Also showed same date and time Ready to ship Order will be handed over to seller own fleet soon.

I didnt get any tracking info etc, then suddenly today it showed "Delivered" Package delivered - no photo, no tracking info nothing on 14 Nov 9:00 AM.

I chat with seller they said they're pre-sales and will escalate to the backend team.

Has anyone faced this before? Or is it incorrect status (i.e: delivered is just them sending it to their own fleet)? THe original delivery time was supposed to be (estimated on lazada app) 15th - 27th Nov so not sure if that means today they just sent to their DHL/SkyNet courier?

For those that bought from them before is this expected to show delivered (but not yet delivered in reality)?

Usual purchase like this I always sent it to my Office. I rarely send item to my apartment due to shit like this. Letak dekat guard and it being moved to management office.

honestly its seller fault cos zero comms:
- no tracking number despite asking for it past 2 days
- slow response from seller, say will follow-up and escalate but feel like done nothing
- no communication from courier on when parcel delivered
- when parcel delivered no photo

bought before, they use ninjavan if not mistaken, the moment they packed i asked for tracking number and it arrived ok

This round it's using DHL but they didn't even give tracking number. Really crappy service. Won't ever buy from them. A reseller do better instead which I normally buy from but thought maybe try official Samsung see how..never again.

yup. communication is important. I usually purchased using shoppe. Long time left lazada.

For some "mall" branded seller on lzd, actually such branded store is handed by another reseller. I suspect some of branded store like Samsung brand store are probably handled by Senheng

seriously? no wonder its so bad..not gonna buy from those anymore as a lesson learnt from me...i rather go to someone like mobile gadgets instead in future
