hi guys need your help on the "Samsung brand store" as they use their own fleet. I ordered on 11.11. In lazada I get:
Packed - Order Packed 11 Nov about 2pm. Also showed same date and time Ready to ship Order will be handed over to seller own fleet soon. I didnt get any tracking info etc, then suddenly today it showed "Delivered" Package delivered - no photo, no tracking info nothing on 14 Nov 9:00 AM. I chat with seller they said they're pre-sales and will escalate to the backend team. Has anyone faced this before? Or is it incorrect status (i.e: delivered is just them sending it to their own fleet)? THe original delivery time was supposed to be (estimated on lazada app) 15th - 27th Nov so not sure if that means today they just sent to their DHL/SkyNet courier? For those that bought from them before is this expected to show delivered (but not yet delivered in reality)? |

case closed - got the phone. I will NOT buy from this stupid samsung brand store anymore...1st time and my last time. no tracking number nothing - almost gave me heart attack! you can see my situation updated here:
