Yeah, that's a frustrating situation. My friend has both Samsung’s 1-year warranty and Harvey Norman’s extended warranty, most warranties (especially manufacturer ones) don’t cover water damage unless it's specifically mentioned and imagine all 400gb data lost . Technician said cannot do anything until we send a special letter. Now manage to recovered all our data and also help us follow up with samsung.

In case anyone need steps to extract tracking number without engaged to Samsung CS, steps like below (in Edge browser for Windows), steps might be slightly diff across browser, but should reflect the similar things tho

1. Lands to Order page in browser
2. Click F12 (Developer Options) > choose 'Network' tab (1)
3. Click 'View Details' of the order u wish to check
4. Developer panel should loads up something, look for ur order number (2)
5. Long response should load up under 'Preview' tab (3)
6. Expand under 'order' > 'consignments' (4) > '0' > last entry u should found 'trackingID' (5)
7. Copy the trackingID number and go check in DHL tracking will do.

Refer red number (number) in image for better understanding, this should works unless they found some different way to hide this in future, has been using this method since S22 order...



Edit : Tracking number available doesn't mean it was handover to DHL, it is just indication of ur package is ready but might be not shipped yet.

1) Login and go to your order page, don't click the "View Details".
2) Open developer tools (F12) window, click "Network", and then now click the "View Details" on your order.



3) Click the "MYXXXXXXXXXXXX" on the left.
4) Click the "Response".
5) Scroll to the rock bottom (The response text is too large, may need sometime for the text to appear).



6) Scroll up slowly and you may find the "trackingURL", or you can just use the search function.
7) If Samsung split your order to 2 or more shipments, you will find more "trackingURL".

Chill buddy, there’s not much new in the S25 Ultra. Even the camera ring is just the S24 Ultra’s design with a metal ring—it looks almost the same as last year.

Samsung used to be the innovator, but now they’re just refreshing old models while keep increasing the price . At least Apple is still putting in some effort.

At US side, they are giving free bud3 but the original price is still high. They dont have the huge discount that we have but they do get in-store credit. So rather then having cash rebate, they get free bud 3 and in-store credit.

So, if you are planning to get more items or accessories from Samsung than US site seems to be more attractive. But if you are just purchasing the phone, the Msia site looks to be more worth while.
