Many of us have the out for delivery status for days before CNY. They said it is system glitch. It is different compared to my s23u pre-order. We will get the IMEI number just before they start the shipment process. The tracking number is hidden in the check order status, you can find it from browser when in developer mode (F12). This time I'm using Samsung shop app to buy. I was able to click on track but no result from the tracking number, now tracking works fine, can see the details...waiting handover.

as I mentioned based on Samsung complaints we heard and if samsung is the way you go its better to buy because without it any repair will cost a lot more than RM400

I can't see the Track option. Its greyed out. I can see the IMEI.
Mine was a little peculiar cause it was supposed to be a home delivery but it changed to SES.
The support team changed it after I brought it up to them. Wonder this might affect the tracking number update.
That and also the fact that it is the online exclusive jet black...

Which screen is check order status?

Depends on individual bro, some may argue so expensive product, must buy extra warranty. Some may argue, waste money only.

For me, I think it depends on user, some user more careful, some more like dont care after 6 months in. But do take note, once your phone got water damage after warranty, Samsung may not even want to repair your phone. That happen to me and I am force to go out to 3rd party repair shop to get it repaired. But I still didnt buy the extra warranty yet... still considering.
