I had 2 Tab S6 and both Spen Bluetooth function gone after 2 years++. Now always prompt spen not inserted.

That is my worry. They trying to lure you get the rm600. The moment you paid rm100, means you will not buy from anywhere. The rm200 maybe can be used for EPP. But, this rm600 confirmed cannot.

If you trade in a phone that is between 1 to 4 years old, the value often isn’t worth it. You would probably get a better price selling it through garage sales or online marketplaces. Someone once shared a helpful tip with me. If you want to take advantage of the trade-in bonus, just buy a cheap Samsung phone and use that for the trade-in instead.

As for the RM600 discount, it is not as great as it seems. The RRP is based on perceived value, so even with the RM600 reduction, the price can still feel overpriced. The main benefit seems to be bragging rights. If you are patient and wait a few months, the price will likely drop, and with the money saved, you can get better accessories or upgrades.

Regarding Samsung Care+, double-check the details. When I bought my Flip 4 a few years back, the Care+ plan only extended the manufacturer’s warranty to two years and did not cover accidental damage. Be sure to confirm exactly what is included before committing.

How does this work?
Phone must be in working condition?
How about screen issues like the green line?
Bricked phone, not able to boot in OS?

Q2. Education / Employee Program
Can anyone share how much % the discount is usually for preordering a new release S series phone using the EPP program? 5%, 10% or higher?

Will I also get the same pre-order benefit (if there is any this time for S25)

In other words, which benefits will I not get if I purchase under the EPP program?

If there is no free double storage upgrade when you pre-order then it's definitely not worth it.

3rd party retailers were able to reduce the price of the base s24 Ultra to RM4k just after 6 months.

Last year's pre-order was disappointing so I think this will be trend for Samsung.

I bought my s23u with care+ they said accidental dmg can.... so now suddenly got dead pixel they said ok can claim.... Claim B4 warranty ends in March... Wuuhoo
