i think u have to get ready and speak to them properly, perhaps ask the neighbour if they are still there?

im not sure if u have the right to move everything out if they are not home.

u have to get ready to really speak to them.. perhaps during weekend. else u will just get there and back home for many months to come.

Just reduce the water flow to 25%. Don't shut it off totally or faces basis human rights charges.

Before you stop water u give reminder will stop at bla..bla..date. will not be responsible bla..bla.

If he want to press charge let it be..rental also cannot pay wanna engage lawyer? I deal with few defaulters for the past 20 yrs..never once they bising² I lock the water meter. Once pipe locked they will automatically call u to deal the payment. Mostly because their wife bising² cannot cook wash etc.

But it up to you..If u willing to be bullied by tenant then let them stay la with no consequences

My lil sis kena this headache before. 2 storey link house no g&g.

Really hard and problematic to settle.

Just throttle the inlet valve to 25% and lock it la.
At least this is more humane than totally no water.

actually by law can we do so? get somebody to live in with them since it's your house you have the say and they can't object it or can you move in yourself it's not consider intrusion right?

once the tenant felt it, macam 1st warning, he knows landlord will do the next step: electricity and water cut.

actually this works...but my case the other way round

he really borrow ah long and scared run away over night ...
