Bro, this is not the typical 99yrs leasehold we used to, this private leasehold is even worse than the typical leasehold. They don’t even get to vote for property management, they are just like tenants.The problem is the Singaporean didn't see properly whether it is lease or freehold before buying? The developer still the actual owner, if developer one day pokai the creditors will come grab the property from the tenants. |
