Yes, at 44 my sleep is very important.
Before this, I struggle trying to sleep because I feel 'unhealthy' like muscle numbness and persistant tinnitus in my ears. So I took magnesium to help with my bloodflow and sleep. It works.

kek magnesium oxide. don't intro lapsap product woi. there's a similarly priced brand which contains the same amount of pills with higher absorption rate (magnesium glycinate)

Wanna absorb so fast for what? Plus, its easier on tbe stomach compared to glycinate.
For me, as long as its magnesium and I can feel the benefits, its good enough. Plus its affordable and kkm certified safe.

magnesium oxide is the lowest quality of the magnesium bro. it's not about absorb fast but level of absorption. oxide only absorb like 4%, glycinate is like 80%. at least thats what i read

I'm no expert, but slow absorption can also be a good thing.
I take 3 pills a day, morning lunch dinner. And the effects lasts throughout the day.

I've bought a few magnesium glycinate before and most sellers claim its the highest quality just to justify the T20 price when in fact its dirt cheap on powdered form. Heck, I could buy magnesium glycinate and pack it in pills and sell it off as premium stuff online.

Bought this one before by Powerlife Magnesium 555.56mg 60s.
Bought this one too by Alliswise Magnesium Glycinate 400mg seeing that its sold 11k online and fairly cheap. Upon arrival, I immediately asked for refund because of its sus label that claims to be vegetarian capsule but made of bovine. And the sticker also very sus.

That's why I decided to just go for a safer and reputable supplement brand like Kordel's or Blackmores.

See how cheap magnesium glycinate is:

Guys,

Is Vitpro Magnesium Glycinate 400Mg ok?
and is dr. best available in our pharmacy?

Its kkm approved, so I would recommend it.

This is not glycinate

yes, thank you for pointing that out.
I learned a lot from this thread on the differences.
Yet, I still believe the core ingredient is still magnesium. Hence, I would persist to throw my suggestion and recommendation for those looking for a magnesium supplement.
