at least you manage to have leftover out of those deposit.
last time when i was warded I used CC, i collect receipt and they automatically process the refund process right away, my CC only got charged of my my actual hospital bill, deposit cost are not listed.

I went today to ask about the deposit.

The attendant says I need to submit a MANUAL REFUND REQUEST as my deposit from November 2024 has been closed. She took my details and will call me in a month or two.

Guys, is this for real?

How much deposit and which hospital?

gomen hospital close account early december last year. any payment from gomen will only proceed on january. usually need akauntan tu process carry forward deposit from previous year. wait they come back holiday, then maybe a few weeks more.
