Can share the date of your last update status

Last update = 20.11.2024

till now no news

after spamming cs, they point to another courier, then the courier point to another courier, so far ive got 3 different courier/shipping company that provide different status

My supplements from iherb stuck at custom but no status or whatsoever..Skynet just say pending custom clearance. Mine is below 500

Online e-commerce always have a risk of scam, such as low-grade goods, which consumers are too far to claim warranty.
Also in capitalism, lots of sellers are also not all honest and some happily exploit the system, e.g. trap in custom, then you can't return for a refund.

Keep tracking your shipment daily.
Know that custom can take time.
If not mistaken this year got digital tax,
so maybe they have new steps / procedure = longer.

Mine cleared and handed over to LEX yesterday. Arrived around midnight (25/11), cleared in the afternoon.

I have purchase several item below 500 (all received around 5-7 days after date of purchase)
This is over 500, how do I get contact by Custom then?

The platform suggest to open a dispute to get full refund but I try to avoid that as the item current price increase

If you suspect detained at custom, don't bother waiting. It will take a long time you may have forfeit all the guarantees. Instead, go collect yourself at customs office.

If you are in KV, and the package sent via foreign national courier very likely it is detained at PMIH KLIA. Chat online first to confirm its status and location. You can also simply input the tracking at poslaju tracking


Once confirmed, go to PMIH near LCCT.

Stop at pos pengawal, say want to collect item and fill in the green slip.

Then proceed to the office to retrieve your item from pos. Bring yor parcel to kastam counter next room, open it yourself for taksiran. From there you will have to go through unintuitive back and forth flow of going between kastam and pos counter next to it, but the staffs are very assistive.
Payment by credit card is accepted.

Once cleared you can take your item and report back to pos pengawal.

use DHL/UPS/Fedex u will get CS Agent that will help you with the process..

All courier also same la. Poslaju also got. All got fee one.
But poslaju is easier you can terus serbu kastam for free diy clearance once the tracking said it's there. Just need to pay for borang pelepasan (in addition to the duty/tax)

thing is i received something like only sender can have the details based on my last conversation with the courier company. also the tracking id is different from what i have received, so I dont know what is the latest tracking id that custom have to represent my self as the recipient.

but i will keep asking seller to get the info needed
