Compassionate leave, your opinion please

https://www.ajobthing.com/resources/blog/co...-hr-in-malaysiaIn case you're wondering, there's no compassionate leave under the Employment Act, so 0 wouldn't get you in legal trouble. Most companies however give around 2-3 days, and for immediate family members only.

Generally its 3 days but for a small company where we ask staffs to multi task many things, tend to show a little bit more compassion, so they tend to give a week.
