Actually it is a 3-Storey Bungalow house and my friend sent his quotation to me and i'm shocked from the pricing as well. He seeking advise from me

3-Phase Incoming and the distance is around 30feets only

I just wonder what is the average price for a ceiling mount lighting points. Impossible RM 96 just for few thin wire ma right

A little bit high but fair if the workmanship is good. If you cannot afford it then get another quote to compare

At first glance

1) Please look into the lighting point .. Only crazy people will direct lighting every point to DB.. looking at the BQ .. thats a lot of ceiling light point.
Contractor need to split the quantity
a) direct light point to DB - how many point direct to DB
b) How many point will be looping from the direct point (price should be lesser than the direct to DB price )

from that BQ- the contractor simply put everything as direct... not split looping and direct pricing..

this will save a lot of RM

2) Same goes to the 13amp power point.. not every point goes direct to DB... some point just need to loop side by side...... (depends on the electrical usage or appliances used)

3) Does this price inclusive concealed plastering works back after the installation of conduit?

I'm not surprise if it is from some famous company on Youtube. But more importantly apart from price, make sure the contractor can follow ST standard and not cheap out on materials. Alang alang already have beautiful bungalow, do the wiring properly so it is worth the long term stay.

Eh … I’m thinking about the same company featured in YouTube as well as well when I saw this quotation … hahaha…
