Court case not yet started back then, Mahathir already go and sell it to Genting. Since US investigation at that time already declare Jho Low bought it with 1MDB loot, what on earth wanna sell it, make it as easy evidence to give jail verdict to Jho Low just like Kuwait did. After jail verdict even if he's missing, then sell it.
