The problem is area around JB got too many empty land, can't jack up the price. To jack up the price local government need to create artificial scarcity by lowering new property development approval application.

Sunway is smart to use the swamp area for racing circuit. The opposite side is Pendas fishing village. Should build a bridge to cross over n it would be very close to SFZ@FORESTCITY.
