QUOTE(yvliew @ Feb 28 2025, 08:08 PM) Haven’t restore macOS . Need go to friend house later to do it. Customer reviews shows around 3200MB/s. Faster than stock 256GB but not as fast as Apple 2TB. I would think Apple 2TB can reach 4000MB/s. Will update after restore test performance cannot see much. most important is boot and app load

QUOTE(Evirober @ Apr 9 2025, 09:33 AM) Guys with the impending tariff discussion I am soooo tempted to pull the trigger to get this. So far I feel everyone here has had positive feedback on this. advise to buy now. confirmed price will increase as now tariff will be 104% increase

us tariff will sure increase price. not export / import usa. it is give given and take. when less demand from usa, manufacturer will reduce supply. then slowly parts price will increase due to this effect. else whole world stock market wont crashed. worse case manufacturing will cut job as demand low. and slowly will cause major recession if all do same things

QUOTE(firdausbhari @ May 26 2025, 03:45 PM) yes 10gbps will be enough for most case. Plenty of speed and runs cool. I even boot macOS on 10gbps external SSD. Currently using 2230 SSD. [attachmentid=11514061] 40Gbps surely is fast but also will get warm and hot to touch depending on your environment. The SSD's will disconnect itself when its overheat. Hagibis ...lol
