/k got 1 case, lazmall sent ori item[logitech mouse], buyer says not ori
post on /k then /k says mouse is ori but quality not same as previous version

I am not sure if Lazada has 15 days no questions asked return policy.

bought rm300 bag, opened, tried, found not suitable for my use
submit change of mind, say bag description n actual product not matching with video n pic
seller reject cuz already opened n used, few hrs later lazada agent decided to let me return n refund

How does "not suitable" become not matching with pic?

Afaik fashion category is easier to return even after opened.
Other things once opened consider sold unless u have strong proof.

Lazada say they have return/refund policy. After you submit request, they require seller to approve first. Then all these mess happens if seller does not approve. For Shopee. TRUE no questions asked. I find that Lazada staff not helpful on these matters and tends to side the sellers.

Actually Lazada is easier to return compared to Shopee

both also tried no need seller's approval

Boo Laz , they block my 2nd acc which I was still buying and not faking anything like scammers do . So I told them , and they still keep blocking me . Fed-up , just moved to ship-tee . Now , guess who get more traffic and my $$$$
