 How to file complaint on Lazada?

Shopee betul2 no questions asked? New policy or what? I remember having to discuss with a shopee seller to approve my refund.

Lazada - from what I know, if it's Mall seller we don't need their approval.
If it's not Mall seller, need approval. I initiated a return recently.
