Bought some branded items on Lazada but they sent unbranded versions. Complained, but Lazada sided with seller and refused to refund. How to file case with the relevant ministry department? I know this topic pops up now and then in this forum but was unable to locate previous threads on this issue. Appreciate help from you guys. Thanks
