I knew a malay lady who's selling chicken rice doing exactly like this. And one day i saw her and her husband panicking, looking around our business area. Me and my friend knew something happen, but not sure what it is. Only to find out the next day from the coffee shop owner that she's actually looking for her car yesterday. A perodua aruz.
Apparently she's doing sambung bayar. And the car got towed away when she's doing business. Heard hutang like few months already. Yet she bayar to the owner without fail every month for like almost one and a half year already.
Somehow she manage to get the car back. She go and "help" the owner settle the few months outstanding.

Biasalah. Gaji 2-3k already think of wanting to buy vios and honda shitty.

I read it was first towed up by the road side, then driver jumped in driver seat and dislodged car by force from tow hence the broken front bumper. Reversed into the porch on purpose.

That's the reason you see repo man complaining cursing damage caused to his tow truck

Yeah I read that part too but somehow it just doesn't make sense compared to what is being recorded. Something is amiss somewhere I suspect.

If the Honda had dislodged itself from the roadside, why would the driver reverse back into the house and with the tow truck in tow with the fork pointing straight inside the porch ?

Yes that is correct it's illegal to do a repo on private property. Repo can be only be done on public property and must be at certain hours also I think. There are specific rules applicable but I don't know all the details.

Will have to see the video you had mentioned to understand the chronology of events.

Yes found it. It's clear in the video that it's impossible that the repo was done at the side of the road. Firstly the tow truck was already at angle to the house. 2nd thing the repo guy said something like masuk lagi and the truck reversed into the porch. Look at the fork as it enters under the shade. Definately the repo is being done inside private property and its illegal.
