the lift door opens direct to your home/lobby. you wont see your neighbour from same floor, but there is possbility to share the same life with neighbour from other floors.

Share same lift with residents from other floors? Then when the door open at your unit they can directly masuk your house?

yes, but typically need access card to access your floor la. so you neighbour wont be able to access your unit without your presence.

I mean you both already in the same lift. You going to your floor, he going to his floor. But the lift reach your floor first and open door, he can just hantam and masuk your house if he want.

yes. but most have a lift lobby first before reaching the house. so, if your neighbour really hantam and masuk while you still in the lift, they still can't access your house if the main door is still locked.

Private lift is not really private.

I worked in management office in luxury condo.

When you use the lift, it will go up exactly to your unit. But you are still sharing with other residents that use the private lift. It doesn't feel like private to me.

The management that I worked last time don't even enforce one resident only can enter the lift. So there are times where 3-4 residents in 1 private lift.

Other than that, they only provide 1 private lift for each block/tower you live. So during peak hours, you still need to wait a little bit since only have 1 lift available unless if you willing to use the normal lift.

I don't think it's worth it.  During lift maintenance or the lift is broken down, u still need to use normal lift.

Not sure with other luxury condo's in Malaysia
