but such condo usually not very high dense, wont bump into your other floors neighbours so easily unless u got the same working time

why need private lift, private access card, when touched it wont stop, direct go to your level, but until today no management do it for b40 condo

When you reach the unit, need to go to service door where the maid enter. The maid and owner don't share the same door.

Real private lift no need access card. Just walk in, AI CCTV will recognise you and Jalan terus. No need do anything.

Open house door straight to lift area. the lift area is actually part of your unit parcel area.
So no common corridor.

Example a building with 50 level. You house is level 5 unit number 3A.
This private lift is dedicated only for all unit level number 3A. From level 50 until level 5.

actually my sister house use private lift. 1 lift specifically for 1 house. her condo in mont kiara

Their system so canggih, any stranger go in the lift, the CCTV screen will be triggered at the guard house and the guard will see who is in the lift. But a lot of high end condo now have ANPR and face recognition. The best part is, the AI can detect owner a distance away and open he gate just in time when the owner reach, owner don't have to stop at all.
