 What happen to MAXIS fibre support?

Been calling everyday for the past 4 days regarding service down for my maxis fibre. But they seem cant arrange any technician to call for appointment, keep saying will expedite will expedite, and call within 2 hours, but nothing.. seriously?! short of manpower or what?

anyone got special "cable" / connection contact or email can escalate this? feeling so helpless, and maxis mobile signal coverage here also aint that great. its really inconvenience for ppl whom WFH.

Sounds scary. Btw if you're relying a lot on internet due to WFH, better get Unifi instead. So far they're really fast to rectify issues.

If your problem is external aka the black fibre wire, then it could take up to a week for them to come together with a Unifi technician. They cant touch the external connection.

Escalate to MCMC. Go google Aduan MCMC and lodge your report there.

Don't forget to ask them to prorate bill for disruption. I had to go make noise at SC cause 4 days no service before
