Been calling everyday for the past 4 days regarding service down for my maxis fibre. But they seem cant arrange any technician to call for appointment, keep saying will expedite will expedite, and call within 2 hours, but nothing.. seriously?! short of manpower or what?
anyone got special "cable" / connection contact or email can escalate this? feeling so helpless, and maxis mobile signal coverage here also aint that great. its really inconvenience for ppl whom WFH.
