 What happen to MAXIS fibre support?

anyone got special "cable" / connection contact or email can escalate this? feeling so helpless, and maxis mobile signal coverage here also aint that great. its really inconvenience for ppl whom WFH.

If your problem is external aka the black fibre wire, then it could take up to a week for them to come together with a Unifi technician. They cant touch the external connection.
