i am starting to take oat for breakfast...my trainer advice sad.gif

To be not boring with the oats...i sometime will add banana, sometime use raisins and sometime add in honey...with one scoop of milo....at least it won't taste so dull and plain.....

I just eat plain hot water + 3-4 big table spoon of quacker oat + small tea spoon of sugar ~

Plain oat is hard to swallow. Prefer to add them into hot drink.

can u cook d oats and then add ice when u want to eat them? meaning eating it cold? i prefer cold stuff le..
