do you shop online? most malaysian based web site like Malaysia airlines, Airasia.com and some insurances web sites.. they all do not accept amex

Have you register comgateway.com? its only for AMEX card holder... can you find details on maybank amex section.. first 1000 memebrs register will entitile to reward points

Most US shopping stores do not ship outside of USA... but after you register with comgateway, they will provide you an USA address, so you can place your order online and have your item send to that US address... after the company (comgateway) received it, they will forward it to your Malaysia's address. All you have to pay is the shipment charge only.. for example,

the base charge is US$11.85 +
1st and 2nd kg = USD$6.85
Subsequent kg = USD$3.60

so if you purchase something 1 KG or less.. they will charge you US$18.70 only...

how does it sound like? not bad right? ahah

hey.. wat is the best or fastest line to call amex? usually i dial 0320500077...and then press 1. but sometime need to wait very long.. like more than 10 mins

there was one time i wait up to 13 mins... i use hp to call someone 20500888 is for personal card and 20500077 is for gold card right? or they are actually the same?

yes already received my replacement... now waiting my sup card to approved only.. (2 weeks already)

ohh... ahaha.. there is one lady from 0077 this number, her skill and the level of customer service are superb! from greeting, speedy check on my account, offer addtional help before i hang out... all very pro! first time i received this kind of customer service in Malaysia...

Are you working now? i call this morning already.. they said in the last step of proccess.. next monday should be approve oh.

Tell me your name la.. next time can look for you and you help me waive the annual fee... please dont ask too many questions er.. jsut waive it we will be very happy liao. lol ... (joking!)

i notice some of maybank's ATM got amex logo, especially those ATM at the airport.. is that mean we can withdraw or deposit from there?
