Is Parkson still bonus partner for AMEX platinum card? Anyone can confirm this?

I just received an invitation letter from AMEX to ask me join Platinum Charge Card. It was really tempted me to sign on the application form but when i saw RM2380 annual fee, that make me put my pen down.

I will received 100,000 membership rewards point as a welcome gift if i accept the offer. Hmm... any opinion from you guys?

100,000 MR point = Singapore Airlines One Way ticket from Singapore To HK. I think it is not worth it... for 10X bonus points, i can get it with my plat credit card with AF waived.

Dont think i will accept the offer anyway.

I also think its not worth it... therefore i will just ignored the invitation. I rather save my 2K for something else

For my opinion, the free for life amex platinum credit card is just an extra card to hold in your wallet. Plat Charge Card entitle for 10X points too at bonus partner like what Plat Credit Card does.

RM2380 for a card annual fee is consider over priced but if any of you want to 'feel' of being plat charge card customer, maybe can give it a try for one year... second year convert back to gold card.

So far no one from AMEX call me to follow up the invitation for plat charge card, i guess they sent out plenty of invitations and no time to entertain one by one. lol.,....
