From what I know

MITI don't have 😎

Just studied their prospectus. Happy to share some findings:

1. Market cap at only RM161 million. (Very small, juicy)
2. No MITI block (Less selling pressure)
3. Growth - both revenue and profit are growing rapidly every year
4. Margin - Profit margin ranges 20% to 27%. (super high)
5. Sector - in solar thermal & energy saving services (promising sector)
6. Customers are in promising sector, for eg Cyberjaya Data Centre, Semiconductor giant (Infineon) is their customer.

Conclusion: A super super super gem.

Appreciate it! Will take this into shortlist.

1) too competitive local and overseas maker
2) no enough order to sustain current production scale --> Cut man power & reduce prod line to survive.

What I know

Those mainland Chinese based have the volume & better competitive market strength to compete with in Malaysia...

We sure hard to fight one...

In matter of fact, those factory which is losing competency also from China. Not to mentioned from the West or Jpn which they aldy moved their plant to Viet or India long tima ago.
Sunpower In Melaka almost in closing down condition.
Malaysia's vendor most is handle for Solar facilities installation and technical services provider.

their solar projects contributes about 20% of their revenue only, > 50% is their building management system solution

heard on BFM this morning that with the public listing, they would like to expand their meeting room to fit more employees. what??!!

Only 4% of the IPO proceeds go to headquarters expansion.

If you read their prospectus, the expansion includes Reception, Showroom. Storage room, New meeting room. Estimated 18 workstations for finance, sales, procurement, administrative and human resources departments. Command and control centre, Estimated 26 share workstations for the project department and technical and servicing department.

Its generally office expansion to fit more employees and expansion of workstations. A bigger meeting room is just small part of it, not ALL IPO PROCEEDS fund the bigger meeting room brother.

Also think this way, previously Company only has small meeting room not fancy one, meaning, the management is GOOD at managing cost n cost saving. Not simply spend. Hence profit margin very very strong at above 20%.

but they could've worded it better.. also, their ytd presentation hosted by rakuten trade is so dogshit - already struggling to explain the numbers even though its already there on the slides..macam no practice beforehand. might as well just read the report directly

i would say more like don't have proper presentation and marketing skills, very menggelabah. The Q&A i see they handled fairly ok, much better than during the presentation.

their finance sheets and performance seems ok.

yes im applying, its better ppl who are interested to read the prospectus / report directly instead of watching the presentation.

I will join moo moo presentation and see whether they realized they fark up during earlier presentations and improve or not.
