Principal Activity:

SDCG is an investment holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the Group is principally involved in the provision and maintenance of building management system, solar thermal systems and other energy services. Additionally, the Group also provides mechanical and electrical works, and project management services.

Shares to be issued/offered:

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Solar District Cooling Group Berhad (“SDCG”) on the ACE Market comprising of public issue of 118,670,000 new ordinary shares in SDCG ("Issue Shares") in the following manner:

21,192,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
21,192,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of SDCG and its subsidiaries; and
76,286,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors.
