they're just giving one example of current space limitations and why they're using % of the proceedings to expand the overall HQ la..

but they could've worded it better.. also, their ytd presentation hosted by rakuten trade is so dogshit - already struggling to explain the numbers even though its already there on the slides..macam no practice beforehand. might as well just read the report directly

i would say more like don't have proper presentation and marketing skills, very menggelabah. The Q&A i see they handled fairly ok, much better than during the presentation.

their finance sheets and performance seems ok.

yes im applying, its better ppl who are interested to read the prospectus / report directly instead of watching the presentation.

I will join moo moo presentation and see whether they realized they fark up during earlier presentations and improve or not.
