Don't bother lol it's at a basketball court and right beside it are very bright nalay warung and Chinese temple lol. My house also darker

If u go to near Kuala Gandah elephant sanctuary confirm can see stars

but u need homestay

Just went and sit down in a good dark place for about 40 mins. Stars are beautiful but didn't see any shooting stars

Can see a few stars.
Why not as many and dense as Hawaii? Bec we at equator?

But yea, no meteor.

Tested my luck. Managed to see one or two. Can sleep now

I woke up early and went out watch.

In about 1 hour, i saw a few small streaks and one bright one.
The bright one was the only highlight of the session.
Not really as many as the 100+ per hour as they say.

I got lucky as before i left, the clouds almost covered up the entire area already.
