Perseus constellation rises over the horizon at roughly 1am NNE direction.

Check the weather forecast too.
Does not look good with cloud cover and possible thunderstorm with rain.

Can try wake up early 5-6am before twilight sunrise.

I woke up early and went out watch.

In about 1 hour, i saw a few small streaks and one bright one.
The bright one was the only highlight of the session.
Not really as many as the 100+ per hour as they say.

I got lucky as before i left, the clouds almost covered up the entire area already.
