base on this data, it seems like iphone 16 average charge cycle still stays at 80% battery capacity for 500 charge cycles.
it only “seems” to have better battery by tweaking the 100% drop to 99% at average of 300-350 cycles and drops dramatically to 80% (avg 500 cycles). if only iphone 17 onwards brings in vapor chamber, the battery health and charging wattage could improve much more? |

QUOTE(RiriRuruRara @ Aug 5 2025, 04:10 PM) I set 4G, no point for me to on 5G. And my comp building line not good with 5G (bukit bintang area), so sometimes keep changing because 5G is weak and phone can definitely feel warmer than normal..... RiriRuruRara liked this post

QUOTE(GamersFamilia @ Aug 9 2025, 02:01 PM) Noted, I've just read it happens to recalibrate the battery gauge and provide more accurate readings, which the phone occasionally charge to 100% Yes. Though recently my phone charges to 100% quite often. Last time one month less than three times or something. Now almost every week once or twice. Thank you for your info 🙂 |

Since apple claimed it's normal and nothing to worry about as its part of the battery management system but sometimes it does make me feel shocked as me and most of iphone users very concern bout the battery health 😅 |
