is golden retrievers capable of running long distance?

cousin is asking me to take care of his 2 dogs for a year

quite busy at weekend, so the only time i can bring them out is weekday night

but i usually jog during that time

minimum 10KM, max 20KM

just want to make sure whether they can survive the distance a not

but the male is a bit obese and he doesn't seem enjoy jogging while the female one was so excited when i bring her out for long jog

just did a 5KM, don't dare to go too far
