I absolutely abhor the parking at 1U. Its not priced well to cater to customers needs. Plesae learn from Mid Valley.

The Curve and Tropicana Gardens seems much better than Atria and 3 Damansara.

In terms of Damansara Area,

One U> Paradigm> Tropicana Gardens > Pavi Damansara> Starling> Ikea> Curve> Megahrise> Atria > Citta Mall> 3 Damansara > Jaya Shopping Center> Evolve> Glo.

You need to find a niche to survive in the current market.

Atria has quite a big event space for expos and apple sales.

Starling are doing what the original Tropicana City Mall and the old Atria did, a smaller scale shopping center for those that don't want to go to big malls like One U, MV and Paradigm nearby.

3 Damansara are opening a large rock climbing space.

Glo got Worq and MRT but that's not helping much.

Last time got 1 at e curve, sudah close. Nearest competition is sunway pyramid..
Ioi city mall is way off.

Offices got myeg tower anchoring..
Got a few old soho and studio.. but new one like paxton mossaz shud be getting some crowd
And they are catching people tat use dash highway in future also..

1U parking is the cheapest among big malls.

Accessibility is good. My fav neighborhood mall. From LDP, turn in straight to B3 parking. Parking layout also easy. Murah also.

No need pusing pusing like other malls, have good tenants, multiple access points from 4 sides of the square where people can access the shops easily.
