Even in lowyat TS explanation a bit dodgy. First say no pics suddenly sister take pics when questioned. If I'm adjuster I also feel sus

Everyone pls be kind to ts. I understand what he's writing. He also has said that family members came to help.

Some people are in shocked mode after accident. Whole face will turn white and couldn't talk. Handphone will be thrown onto the floor and you'll have items splashed over the floor and you don't even know what have fallen down.

Ts also has filed a police report. No carcam also doesn't mean ts cannot file claim. There are witnesses too.

To me, this sounds like a case of irresponsible insurance agency who finds fault so ts cannot claim for his damages. It's easy to see from the release of air bags, photos, injuries on wife etc.

Insurance agency cannot disapprove a claim with the many documents given.

Ts, find someone higher to talk to.

Did the insurance company give you an official reputation later?

If no, means they don't have sufficient evidence to proof fraud and is using delaying tactic

If that is the case, threaten to escalate to OFS to get them to decide whether to or not to pay

Agree.

Where does document tnc says you need a video cam as evidence. Or photos only by the driver who was in a shocked mode and didn't know where her handphone was. Or the object hit should have 80% damages to it to be considered an accident.

There's injuries, photos, police report and have filed accordingly. I think that's sufficient to submit for claim.

It's bs I smell from this insurance.
