The biggest issue of Ten Hag is that, he has a play style that he want to play, and he insists that. Pressing and possession.

But it doesn't suit the most of the player in the team, or he keep using the wrong player to play.

Like Bruno and Rashford is counter attack type of players, if he wanna play possession football, be bold to drop them, like how he dropped Maguire in his first season.

Second thing is that, he just wanna improve on everything. People can only do one thing at one time. Focus on everything means focus on nothing.
Improved one area first, see the results, then continue to improve in other areas.

Stop talking about the players, more than 60% or even 70% of the team is not Ole players anymore.
It is about Ten Hag.

Well, if u keep insist it is Technical Director problem, then we need to sack Technical Director then.

Anyway, I think u messed up Technical Director and Sporting Director, it is 2 different position.

Some of these players! is that what they can give to the club and fans?

Rashford.. lost the ball in the build up of Spurs' first goal.. He didnt even bothered to track back.

Dalot: How many times will we concede cheap goals because of poor marking at the far post? Brighton anyone? he was chasing Johnson and suddenly he slowed down only for Johnson scoring easily.

Watching Van De Ven running through our defence in a 'giggsy' kind of run, to set up the first goal, angers me further. He is a centre-back for God's sake!

If not for Onana, it would have been worse.
