well...I think its a win-win for both the ETH-In Gang, ETH-Out Gang and INEOS.

If ETH, in the first few games suck, with the condition this summer window the ETH get the much needed players he had been asking for and still fail to deliver, by all means, if he gets sack, then INEOS would not have to pay too much reparations.

If ETH manage to deliver the KPI for next season, then he deserves his contract to be extended beyond 2026.
