Maxis Fiber always disconnect at same time

Hi all,
This 2 week, there is always a disconnection on Maxis Home Fiber between 8.30am to 9.00am. When disconnect, LOS light red blinking. Normally will retore within 3 to 5 minutes. Although is a short moment, but it is disturbing the working as this moment normally I have call with US. Call Maxis few times, they always say reset port la, reset setting at their side bla bla but issue still same. Any idea why the connection so punctual will disconnect every day?

My maxis fiber also, every 2 days around 5pm-6pm auto DC, need me go to restart router then go 192.168.0.1 enable VLAN 621, I don't know why, anyone meet the same problem?

Mine “max expert” not really expert, complain few times they ask TM come change modem but issue still there. i keep stress to max expert the disconnect is very systematic on morning 8 something i sumore suggest him do u need check ur maxis server or what got any setting cause problem. He keep say not Maxis problem and it is TM problem. Always say will ask TM to check then non respond few days himself close report . What maxexpert is this? How maxis can hire so noob people as their tech team

I wonder if it is a TR069 configuration issue login with the secret root account MaxSysAdm (TP-Link) MaxARSysOpr (Kaon) MaxDNSprUsr (Huawei) !!bestHOME!!XXXX XXXX is last 4 of serial and find CWMP or TR069, and disable it or, disable VLAN 821 see if the problem still persists

that is the only solution found
1. if your are using router provide by maxis, please turn off and back on every 5 to 7 days.
2. change to AX3000 or above router.
my self here using 500mbps maxis fiber. with Huawei AX3000, so far so good. i use to reboot the router every 2 weeks to 4 weeks once. everything is run smoothly.

Got the same problem previously when I got an emailed from Synology that my NAS got disconnected several times even after I rebooted the Router and Modem. Just called 123 and talk to the Rep. (better if you at home that time and you can call them even at night). They will change some setting that suit to your location and will ask you to reboot you modem and router. So far so good no more disconnection or lag.
