This 2 week, there is always a disconnection on Maxis Home Fiber between 8.30am to 9.00am. When disconnect, LOS light red blinking. Normally will retore within 3 to 5 minutes. Although is a short moment, but it is disturbing the working as this moment normally I have call with US.
Call Maxis few times, they always say reset port la, reset setting at their side bla bla but issue still same.
Any idea why the connection so punctual will disconnect every day?
