 Maxis Fiber always disconnect at same time

im facing this problem before. log a complaint. got 2 times visit by maxexpert. luckily i have evidence on my omada n ubiquiti show that intermitent disconnect. i log my complaint through whatsapp. my area is iskandar puteri johor

after second visit, the problem gone. but they didn't update me what is wrong.

1.complaint random time dc, change modem
2.complaint around 230am always dc, dunno what they done at their end but problem settle

 

Change to:
