to set your mms, you must have GPRS. Try search maxis website on how to activate mms.

try master reset your phone and try setup the gprs and mms setting. if still cant sent mms and can received mms, go back to your dealer and tell them about it. they'll run the firmware for you. and try again.

master reset mean change to factory setting?
or soft format?

full factory setting.... all back to originals.... btw, i experience these few days maxis got some technical problem. it is these few day got problem or all the time already? try and get your friends phone to sent you a picture first, if the problem persist only full factory setting.

i got 3friends...they are buying 6500slide..they buy separately..both of their 6500 slide also got problem 1..=.= i think its software problem or whatever..they bought zitron set..
1 of them..just bought 3days..then go in factory 2weeks+...haha..so sad...
