Given the location and density, I personally feel Tuan 1 is better than this. Plus it’s slightly bigger. For driving Tuan 1 hit the main road immediately.

KTM Komuter is useless imo. No value. (Yes I used to take it before, 4 scheduled trains only 1 appear lol). You need to plan your life around it due to the infrequency of trains.

No doubt Tuan 1 is lower density and easier access. Much more eateries around the area within walking distance plus Bamboo Hills is 5mins away by walking.

Booked a high-floor, southeast-facing corner unit. thumbup.gif Overall, with this pricing, location and design *especially this train drawing & whole gallery concept*, no reason for me to not get a unit.
The price isn't like other typical condo with high price in the market now and the traffic congestion doesn’t really bother me much since I work from home. I can go out during off-peak hours. rclxms.gif So excited to see the actual unit when it’s ready!

I'm amazed by the theme and whole gallery concept too!
Heard from friends that bought properties from this developer that quality of workmanship and final outcome satissfying! Whatever shown in brochures / ads, it appear almost the same in real. Had signed a unit with my sister, looking forward to the completion brows.gif

Is there a 5 mins walkable pathway from Tuan 1 to Bamboo Hills? From what I know, the only walkable pathway to the entrance is around 2km.

Why? Along this road on Jalan Segambut, this seems to be the most affordable PSF.

Again, my preference is Tuan 1 over 2 and 3, simply superior in terms of location. But Tuan 3 has a better layout & optimisation of square feet versus Tuan 1 in the 3R2B configuration, even squeezed out a balcony in Tuan 3.

Tuan 1, and Tuan 3 the environment access road is not particularly appealing to me
Tuan 2 direct facing to Jalan Kuching or Duke highway, Noise pollution, same to Bamboo hills
