Anyone bought or interested this project? I didn’t find discussion thread so created this. Lately many surrounding discuss this new project located beside Tuai and Hana

the actual footprint of the so called park villa there is 22x50 only, and distance between houses (wall to wall) is only 40ft. it is not a terrace house although it might be marketed as landed terrace.

and the location is not good, sandwiched between Hana and Tuai, and at the back there is a steel mill not far away. it is at one of the worst location in setia alam.

The distance between house do u mean backyard 40ft?

Even thought 20x50 but it has 3 storeys so the buildup bigger compare to any terrace house rite

no, on the front part between houses (wall 2 wall) is 40ft...
backyard is 20ft.

they try to max. the BU while compromising on the space outside.

Now i understand. If extend more also mean the first floor garden also need to extend. But I really dun like limited visitor parking. I heard they not yet get approval yet

I kinda like it. with strata title, they wont be crazy renovation.

car at the road and human at the "new" ground floor....

really less than 1m? on eyesores is the HTC towards the right side of the whole project.

the pciture u see above is garden villa, cars at ground floor, living hall is at 1st floor..those garden villa is 1.1m ++, not below 1m.
park villa is about 980k where there is no garden at 1st floor like u see above...u got to go to the showroom to realize the "limitations"...

Thank you GKS. I took some pictures from Zenia@DPC really alike, the price gone crazy in dpc. If have more greenery, it's very nice place to stay.

Update: the phase 3 of the project has just launched 2 weeks ago.
Park Villa that cost RM1m has incredible sold off on that day itself.
Now, the total of 320 units only (3 phases) left with only with Garden Villa that cost RM1.2M
