the actual footprint of the so called park villa there is 22x50 only, and distance between houses (wall to wall) is only 40ft. it is not a terrace house although it might be marketed as landed terrace.
and the location is not good, sandwiched between Hana and Tuai, and at the back there is a steel mill not far away. it is at one of the worst location in setia alam. This post has been edited by Vector88: May 30 2024, 10:32 PM |
