ayam wfh full time, feels good no need to waste time in traffic and can wake up 5 min before working hour

Same, working in Jap MNC, full remote.

Flex off any time, out of office no one blinks an eye. as long deliver no one cares where/what we do..

this is battle between staff vs boss

hope future you becone boss also allow staff to wfh

maybe can do kpi more frequent, achieve kpi continue wfh

malaysian youngster dream WFH without control from employers
when you start implementing control with software like teramind or veriato then they all bising kenot ular
or you allow wild wild west as long as they perform?

some task like helpdesk, finance, etc.
can just offload the work to 3rd party doing WFH
many dun even bother for full time jobs coz they think they can get away with WFH two jobs for two salaries
