gamuda gardens is new residential area, not many facilities yet. early morning got abit jam heading to tolls there, balik time also slow moving traffic from sungai buloh to the gamuda gardens exit there. But near to NKVE and not yet crowded. gobiomani and cindyyee523 liked this post

Elmina is more strategic in term of location. Yes. Demographic wise - it is more Malay centric… this upper class. Gamuda garden…. Nice town ship will take time before mature. Sime Darby is not known for their build quality or using good materials. Gamuda is a lot better in this regard and connectivity wise I think GG is better but will take at least 5 more years for the amenities to be up to par. Go and visit both areas multiple times and see which one you prefer and maybe visit surrounding areas too. IMO, I think both are good choices.

IMO, I think both are good choices. seconded.GG infrastructure landscape is much more better due to their township is strata title, more homogeneous outlook, more clean whereas for individual title can do freely.
