acct 3 easily masuk once apply thru apps / web .. but the problem is crediting to bank have procedures

i go in app there for acc 3 no any option for it to apply and is show 0 cash

haih. this one, i actually checked back to confirm the dates.

i submitted 2nd withdrawal before 10am on Wednesday 16th. i got screenshot.
i remember it was proven when i checked ~6pm Friday 18th.
until today still not moving to making actual credit. okay, that is fine. still within processing days. so don't say i am impatient.

what i want to "complain" now is

1) my 1st withdrawal shows that i submitted on 12th. approval and the rest completed on 13th. that withdrawal record is now being shown as submitted on 12th.

2) but my 2nd withdrawal, although i kept screenshot after submitted on 16th before 10am, is now being listed as have been submitted on 18th.

THAT, shifted the processing timeline by 2 whole days.
how can date on official transaction changed?

of course the date on trasaction listing was initially 16th.
cannot be that submission date is already 18th when i check on 16th-17th.

Today holiday, 17/18/19 submit withdrawal wait 23 or 24th, feels like 27th baru dapat... Tahlah epf buat apa. First batch pon dh abis pakai duit tu. Huhuhu.

iCitra/iSinar took 7 days for the money to be credited in.

The first batch for acc 3 was first and last for KWSP folks to be so efficient.
My withdrawal request was on 19 and it got approved on 20. My bet is on 27 May.

EDIT : Didn't notice they will give you a date of transfer. I dont have any dates yet. For those with dates it will be within 7 days.

When you "print" out the submission form, it tells you different submission date than the one in the listing page, at least for me, the listing shows 18 mei, but the form shows 17 mei.

now that you mentioned it, mine in the PDF is correctly showing 16tb. the listing still shows 18th.
